Job Title: Through Hole Operator/Wash Operator/Wave Operator

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Through Hole Operator, Wash Operator, or Wave Operator, where you will play a critical role in our electronics manufacturing process. You will be responsible for assembling and preparing electrical panels and circuit boards, operating advanced machinery, and ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities

Place PCB boards into the Through Hole soldering machine and ensure quality standards are met.Load PCB boards onto cage trays and into the wash machine, collect and place them on racks or carts after washing.Run and adjust the wave soldering machine, set temperatures, flux, and conveyor speeds, monitor boards, and inspect for defects.Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and production documentation.Assemble and prepare electrical panels/circuit boards, package electronic products, and perform final assembly and shipping.Fill out production documentation accurately, use basic hand tools for mechanical assembly, and perform push-button testing.Mask and depanelize PCBs as required, communicate with Team Leaders, and participate in training and certification programs.Rotate between workstations and cells, and take part in team-level quality improvement initiatives.

Essential Skills

At least 6 months of machine operating experience, preferably in electronics.Strong communication skills, with the ability to understand verbal and written instructions fluently.Experience in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of units.Mechanical aptitude and good vision.Electronic experience is preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with printed circuit boards.Electronic and electrical knowledgeCross-training in other jobs/duties is beneficial.

Work Environment

The role operates in a clean room environment with bright floors and tall ceilings. Work hours are Monday to Friday, with shifts from 3:30 pm to 12:00 am (afternoon) and 6:30 am to 3:00 pm (day), including a $0.50 shift premium for the afternoon shift. The facility is equipped with tables for soldering and assembly tasks.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.50/hr.
