General Production Operator

This is an entry‑level position focused on operating mills, working with aluminum materials, and learning hands‑on production skills in a clean, well‑maintained machine shop.

You’ll be working in a newer, well‑maintained machine shop that is clean, organized, and energetic. While the shop is loud due to equipment, it’s a comfortable and safe place to learn and grow in the machining field.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chaska, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.27 - $20.27/hr.
