Job Title: General Production Operator
Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our manufacturing team specializing in injection molded products in New Albany, Ohio. We are currently hiring for both our Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM) group and Injection Molding (IM) group. The role involves operating the blow mold line, including loading and unloading parts and performing visual inspections.

ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain the blow mold line.Load and unload parts onto equipment.Perform visual inspections of products.Handle color changes as needed.Pack boxes and arrange them onto pallets as required.Essential SkillsMechanically inclined.Proficiency in machine operation.Experience in production and assembly.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience as an auto mechanic.Experience in blow molding.Ability to use a tape measure.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will work in a clean, GMP-compliant facility with approximately 80-100 team members. The environment is climate-controlled, though slightly warm, and all employees must wear appropriate PPE, including steel-toed boots, safety cap, ear plugs, gloves, and safety glasses. Shifts are structured as 645AM-715PM or 645PM-715AM on a rotating schedule, with mandatory training on the day shift for 3-6 weeks.
