Job Description
Join our team as a General Production Machine Operator where you will be trained to operate a variety of machines on a first shift schedule. Your role will involve ensuring the quality of small parts and contributing to the smooth operation of our production line.
ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain multiple machines simultaneously.Inspect and ensure the quality of small parts such as screws and bolts.Troubleshoot and assist with machine setups.Handle epoxy and use hand tools for part adjustments.Change pumps and perform machine setups.Load and unload parts, apply sealants, and package products.Lift up to 40 lbs and sort and package parts.Participate in cross-training across various departments.Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.Utilize micrometers and hand-feed machines.Essential SkillsAt least 1 year of machine operator experience.Ability to lift 40 lbs.Experience with hand tools for machine setup and changeovers.Willingness to work some Saturdays and start shifts at 5 am if needed.Experience in industrial manufacturing with loud machines.Additional Skills & QualificationsSteel toe boots are required.Preferred experience in machine changeovers and fast-paced environments.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Twinsburg, Ohio.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
