**Job Title: Motor Mechanic/Prepper $19-21/hour** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated General Production/Parts Prepper who will start by cleaning and preparing parts and eventually train for disassembly and assembly of small motors, as well as repairing and troubleshooting them. **Responsibilities** + Clean and prepare parts for assembly. + Use hand tools and some power tools effectively. + Safely lift and maneuver up to 75 lbs. + Examine parts for cracks, wear, rubbing, or deviations from specific parameters. + Measure and record machined parts fits. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical aptitude. + Experience as a Mechanical Assembler. + Troubleshooting skills. + Knowledge in electric motor mechanics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical experience, which provides a good opportunity for advancement to a motor mechanic/assembly position. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values hard work and dedication by offering competitive pay rates, including overtime pay for hours worked beyond 8 hours daily and on weekends.
