**Job Title: General Production** **Job Description** Join our team where you will play a critical role in sorting, comparing, and verifying the lot numbers of 5.5 million plastic syringes. This position requires standing throughout the entire shift. **Responsibilities** + Sort and verify lot numbers of plastic syringes. + Decide whether to sort or scrap each syringe based on verification. + Maintain focus and accuracy in a repetitive environment. + Adhere to all safety and operational procedures. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year of manufacturing experience in roles such as operator, general labor, assembly, or warehouse. + Proficiency in production and machine operation. + Ability to work standing for the entire shift. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in cleanroom environments is beneficial. **Why Work Here?** Experience the benefits of a clean work environment and competitive pay with annual merit increases. Enjoy the convenience of not having to perform heavy lifting. **Work Environment** This position operates on the 1st shift from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with an unpaid lunch break at 11:30 am and two paid 10-minute breaks. The facility is FDA regulated and maintains a very clean standard, requiring adherence to GMPs, including wearing a hairnet, beard net, and no jewelry. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Hartland, WI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.
