**Job Title: General Production** **Job Description** Join us in our seed treatment operations during the harvest season from September to February. You will work in a dynamic warehouse setting, where your responsibilities will include feeding seed into hoppers, bagging it, and preparing it for delivery. This role involves both indoor and outdoor tasks and offers a chance to contribute significantly during the busy season. **Responsibilities** + Operate machines to efficiently process seed. + Drive forklifts after receiving proper training. + Lift heavy bags into boxes and prepare them for shipment. + Unload grain bins several times a day. + Perform various tasks such as forklift driving and dumping seed into hoppers. **Essential Skills** + Experience in general labor for at least 1 year. + Ability to perform physical tasks and heavy lifting. + Proficiency in machine operation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Manufacturing background is a bonus. + Agricultural background and knowledge of seed treatment are advantageous. **Work Environment** You will work in a dusty, non-climate-controlled environment. Proper attire includes closed-toed shoes, jeans, and a jacket during winter months, as it can be hot in the summer. The setting is clustered with approximately 20 people, requiring constant awareness of safety and surroundings.
