Job Description

Join our team as a General Production worker, where you will be responsible for assembling helmets and molding them to the correct form. If you are skilled with your hands and can follow detailed work orders, this position is perfect for you.

ResponsibilitiesAssemble helmets according to work orders.Mold helmets to the correct form.Utilize hand and power tools effectively.Operate machinery as needed.Ensure production and finishing tasks are completed efficiently.Essential SkillsProficiency with hand and power tools.Ability to follow work orders accurately.Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.Additional Skills & Qualifications6 months of previous work history within the past 12 months.Experience in assembly, machine operation, or production is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Collaborate in small teams of 5-6 people. Dress casually in jeans or shorts, ensuring toe-covered shoes are worn. The first shift runs from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CALEDONIA, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
