**Seeking Maskers to Join Our Team in Roseville, MN** **4x10 Hour Schedule on 1st and 2nd shift** **Will Start on Monday July 7th** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated maskers to join the paint department of a dynamic manufacturing environment. The role involves utilizing small hand tools to prepare and apply paint to components, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. **Responsibilities** + Utilize small hand tools, such as tweezers, to apply paint to small parts that cannot be painted. + Lift and unload parts off the paint line as required. + Clean, mask, plug, and fixture components prior to paint and powder coat application. + Visually inspect metal parts for previous damage. + Ensure prior steps are complete by inspecting parts and paperwork. + Collaborate with team members to prep parts correctly. + Maintain equipment and keep the work area organized. + Operate batch ovens according to work order specifications. + Inspect parts after coating is complete. + Unmask, unplug, and package components as needed. + Complete all paperwork accurately and timely. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that offers competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, voluntary life insurance, and a 401K employer match. It can get hot, and the work can be somewhat physical due to the size of the parts. The position offers 1st shift hours from 5 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 2nd shift hours from 3:30 pm to 2:00 am, Monday through Thursday.
