**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** The production worker role involves participating in the manufacturing of precast concrete structures. This job requires performing general duties to assist in the creation of pre-fabricated concrete walls and structures, including casting, finishing, mixing, and moving concrete. It is a physically demanding position, with workdays typically spanning 10-12 hours. **Responsibilities** + Perform general duties related to the creation of pre-fabricated concrete walls and structures. + Conduct casting and finishing of concrete slabs. + Mix and move concrete as required. + Work in shifts with potential hours from PM Set-Up starting at noon to Yard Night Strip starting at 6 pm. **Essential Skills** + Experience in construction, landscape, labor, and concrete work. + Skill in operating forklifts. + Ability to perform general labor tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Physical ability to handle the demands of the job, including climbing onto and off trailers. + Capability to get up and down from catwalks and beds. + Strength to lift up to 65 lbs. **Why Work Here?** Working here offers an opportunity to earn overtime pay for hours worked beyond 8 hours and double pay for hours exceeding 12.
