**Job Title: General Production - 1st Shift - Start ASAP** Job Description Candidates will work at assigned stations, handling small parts that need to be loaded onto a broach one at a time. After operating the machine, they will transfer the finished parts to a designated bin. Each cycle may last between 5 to 20 seconds. Candidates will be required to lift bins weighing up to 25 pounds and complete daily production forms. Standing for the entire 8-hour shift is expected, along with meeting production targets specific to each part. Responsibilities + Load small parts onto a broach, operate the machine, and transfer finished parts to the bin. + Adhere to cycle times ranging from 5 to 20 seconds. + Lift and relocate bins weighing up to 25 pounds. + Complete daily production forms accurately. + Stand for the entire 8-hour shift. + Meet production numbers according to specific part requirements. Essential Skills + 6+ months of tenure at each previous job. + Ability to stand for 8 hours. + Comfortable with repetitive and fast-paced work. + Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. + Prior manufacturing experience.
