📍 Location: Woodhull, IL
💰 Pay Rate: $19–$22/hour (based on shift)
🕒 Shifts: Rotating 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts | 8–12 hour shifts available

Job Overview

We are currently hiring General Operators to support seed production, packaging, warehousing, and shipping operations at our Woodhull, IL facility. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment with both year-round and seasonal responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Labeling, tagging, bagging, and palletizing seed

Warehouse duties including staging, shipping, and inventory entry

Forklift operation (picking, staging, loading/unloading trailers)

Packaging support, including operating packaging equipment

Qualifications & Skills

Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, agriculture, or similar environments is required.

Ability to follow SOPs/Work Instructions and maintain safety and quality standards

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 60 lbs

Ability to work indoors/outdoors in varying weather conditions

Forklift experience is a plus but not required
