General Office Clerk II

The General Office Clerk II orders doses of radiopharmaceuticals for scans, inventory, and supplies for the mobile units. Responsible for front deskwork, such as greeting guests and answering phones. Maintains data related to Certificates of Need, Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) PET CT Data related to patient information and scans, and Radiation Certifications, utilizing multiple databases, lists and reports. 

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

Responsible for reporting patient scan information, supply details, and regulatory compliance information to certain states on a daily basis. Reporting includes but is not limited to logistics reports (i.e. Roll Door Report and HVAC), inventory, stock, and Nuclear Regulatory Commission information.

Maintains Certificate of Need data in applicable states to ensure Alliance’s complies with the entity, and to keep Alliance’s Certificates of Need active, which allows Alliance to provide healthcare services in certain states.

Partners with customer accounts to obtain patient lists, and orders necessary doses.

Greets guests at front desk, answers phones, and routes calls as appropriate.

Responsible for inventory and ordering supplies. Prepares items for drivers to take to the units.

Schedules all Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals.

Additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.

Two (2) to five (5) years of General Clerical experience required.

Basic operation and knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.

Standard office environment.

Climb and balance.

Carry and lift 10-20 pounds
