General Obstetrician–Gynecologist (OB/GYN)

Compensation: $300K - $320K + $30,000 sign-on bonus & $30,000 retention bonus after 1 year

Job Type: Full-time, in-person; combination of clinic, call, and administrative responsibilities (new graduates welcome)

Location: Fulton, Maryland

We are seeking a full-time General OB/GYN to join a well-established, physician-led practice. This opportunity is ideal for a compassionate clinician interested in providing comprehensive women’s health services within a collaborative, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across the full scope of practice Manage prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic patients Perform routine and complex OB/GYN procedures as indicated Participate in shared call responsibilities (call split equally among physicians) Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care

Qualifications

MD or DO with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN Maryland medical licensure New graduates welcome Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and collaborative mindset
