This role is responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring exceptional Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards every day. Qualifications & Requirements + Minimum 3–5 years of fast-food or quick-service restaurant management experience (General Manager or equivalent senior leadership role required) + Demonstrated success in leading teams, managing performance, and achieving operational and financial targets + Strong knowledge of food safety, quality systems, and brand standards + Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain management and crew talent + Must be 21 years of age or older Key Responsibilities The General Manager is accountable for overall restaurant performance and will: + Lead daily operations to ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience + Serve as the Food Safety Leader, ensuring compliance with all food safety, health, and sanitation standards + Drive excellence in Quality Food Production, service execution, and restaurant cleanliness + Plan, lead, and oversee daily shifts, ensuring readiness, staffing, and execution + Monitor performance throughout each shift and take corrective action as needed + Ensure adherence to all opening and closing procedures, cash-handling policies, and security standards + Oversee inventory management, scheduling, and training initiatives + Establish daily goals, communicate expectations, and hold teams accountable for results + Lead by example while coaching, developing, and motivating managers and crew + Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture + Respond effectively to operational issues and emergencies + Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across all guest-facing and back-of-house areas + Ensure hospitality coverage is in place during peak business periods Compensation & Benefits In addition to a competitive salary, we offer: + Annual bonus potential + Paid Time Off (PTO) + Flexible scheduling + $3,000 annual tuition assistance + Comprehensive medical and dental coverage (full-time) + Free uniforms + Employee meals About Our Organization Our McDonald’s restaurants are family-owned and operated across two generations.
