About the Role

We are seeking a visionary General Manager to join our NZ Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and lead Ingram Micro’s Partner Sales division in New Zealand. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for setting the strategic direction of the sales function, building and sustaining long-term partner relationships, and driving revenue growth across key accounts. You will lead a multi-layered team of sales leaders, account managers and the Key Account Sales team, shaping the culture, performance, and capability of the business

Role Requirements

A seasoned leader with proven experience heading partner or channel sales at a senior levelSkilled at leading medium to large, multi-level teams and developing leaders of leadersStrong commercial and strategic acumen with a track record of achieving ambitious growth targetsExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence executives, partners, and teams while inspiring confidence and engagement across varied audiencesComfortable navigating complex markets, identifying opportunities, and driving business transformation

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the partner sales strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and market opportunitiesInspire, mentor, and empower a large, diverse sales team, fostering high performance and accountabilityOwn revenue and growth outcomes across key partner accounts, driving profitability and long-term relationshipsEngage regularly with senior leadership to report performance, shape strategy, and identify opportunities for growthAnalyse market trends, competitive landscape, and partner dynamics to inform decisions and maintain a competitive edge
