Qualifications:

Consistent track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goalsMinimum high school diploma or GED equivalent requiredMinimum 3-5 years of automotive management experience requiredExcellent communication and customer service skillsValid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities:

Responsible for profitability in all departments of the dealershipDevelop and execute a strategic plan to achieve monthly and annual forecasts for all departmentsHire, mentor and monitor the performance of all department headsMaintain superior customer service (CSI) through dealership cultureReview critical metrics daily for every department and make necessary adjustments to increase productionProvide training and support to all staff

What we offer:
