Our client is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and optimize all operations for their Rialto, CA facility. This role is responsible for driving operational performance, improving productivity, ensuring safety and quality, and supporting long-term growth objectives. Key Responsibilities + Lead all operations, including manufacturing, distribution, maintenance, quality, and safety. + Develop and execute strategies, policies, and processes to improve efficiency and support business goals. + Establish and monitor metrics, productivity targets, and performance reporting. + Manage budgets, analyze financial data, and drive cost efficiency. + Build, develop, and mentor operational teams; ensure strong accountability and performance. + Drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. + Identify growth opportunities and support organizational objectives. + Partner with internal teams such as EHS, HR, Logistics, and Maintenance. Qualifications + Bachelor's degree required. + 8+ years of operations management experience in manufacturing (construction-related preferred). + Proven success leading large teams and collaborating with executive leadership. + Strong experience managing budgets, P&L, and data-driven decision-making. + Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. + Proficient with MS Office, MS Project, Visio, or similar tools. The role is based in Rialto, CA location.
