What We’re Looking For - Proven experience in restaurant management, hospitality, or a similar leadership role. - A hands-on leader who leads by example and puts people first. - Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management, goal-setting, and strategic planning. - A passion for coaching and developing teams, with a track record of building leaders. - Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while delivering results. - Commitment to upholding Carr Family Restaurant values of hospitality, excellence, teamwork, integrity, and community involvement.
