What You’ll Do
+ Lead the experience: Oversee daily operations — from food safety and guest service to training and scheduling.
+ Grow your people: Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team that delivers excellence.
+ Own your numbers: Manage budgets, labor, inventory, and profitability goals to hit performance targets.
+ Plan for success: Execute operational plans and adapt strategies to ensure consistent, top-tier performance.
+ Protect the standard: Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and quality expectations.
+ Build community: Represent OMG McDonald’s as a leader who values integrity, teamwork, and hospitality.
What You Bring
+ Proven leadership in food service or quick-service management (2+ years preferred)
+ Strong communication and decision-making skills
+ Consistent attention to detail and follow-through
+ Ability to inspire, teach, and hold others accountable
+ A guest-first mindset, always leading with service
