Our client, a dynamic player in the hospitality industry, is seeking a General Manager to join their team. As a General Manager, you will be part of the leadership team supporting exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** General Manager
**Location:** Oklahoma City, OK
**Pay Range: 55,000**
**Shift: First shift**
**What's the Job?**
+ Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage services.
+ Lead, train, and motivate hotel staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
+ Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
+ Monitor and improve occupancy rates, room revenue, and guest satisfaction.
+ Implement marketing and promotional strategies to enhance visibility and attract new guests.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma; Administration or related field preferred.
+ Minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
+ Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
+ Proven track record of achieving financial targets and improving hotel performance.
+ In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, and revenue management.
