In this role, you will lead frontline teams, oversee daily housekeeping operations, and support a positive patient and client experience through strong service delivery and effective team management. What You'll Do Lead and develop frontline housekeeping teams while fostering engagement and inclusion.Build strong relationships with hospital leadership, clients, and staff.Ensure a clean, safe environment for patients, visitors, and employees.Partner closely with Infection Prevention, Environment of Care, and other key hospital departments.Drive client and patient satisfaction through excellent communication and follow‑through.Maintain strong operational performance, compliance, and timely completion of key initiatives. Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
