Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking an experienced General Manager IV / Retail Director to manage the retail business at this dynamic, high‑profile food operation at Fannie Mae Midtown in Washington, DC. You will oversee a diverse and unionized team of approximately 20 hourly employees, supported by:

1 Salaried Retail Manager1 Pantry Supervisor Incentives Predominately a M-F schedule with occassional evenings and weekends What You'll Do

As the General Manager IV / Retail Director, you will have full ownership of the retail side of the business—setting the vision, driving financial performance, and ensuring an outstanding experience for both the client and guests.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Leading day‑to‑day food service and retail operations across multiple conceptsManaging the full financial performance of the operation (budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls)Leading, training, and developing a unionized workforce with a focus on engagement and accountabilityOverseeing staffing, scheduling, ordering, and inventory managementEnsuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service excellenceManaging and optimizing mobile ordering and cashless payment systems (Everyday App)Championing health, safety, and compliance training to ensure a safe and productive workplace What We Offer

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
