We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team at 221 Mineral Springs Rd in Owatonna, United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, ensuring optimal performance, and driving business growth.

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectivesOversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectivenessManage and mentor a team of department heads and staff membersAnalyze financial data, prepare budgets, and make sound financial decisionsEstablish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partnersEnsure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policiesIdentify opportunities for business expansion and implement growth strategiesLead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiencyReport on performance metrics and provide regular updates to upper management

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferredProven experience (5+ years) in a senior management role, preferably in a related industryStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve goalsExcellent strategic planning and financial management capabilitiesProficiency in operations management and process optimizationOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated problem-solving abilities and decisive decision-making skillsIn-depth knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirementsProficiency in using business management software and data analysis toolsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
