Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a **customer‑focused, strategic, and hands‑on General Manager 2** to lead our dining operations at **American Water** in Camden, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished leader who thrives in a client‑focused environment and enjoys managing a diverse and energetic food service program.
**About the Operation**
You’ll oversee a vibrant, multi‑station café that offers:
+ **Breakfast & Lunch service** (Monday–Friday)
+ **Deli, grill, pizza, and salad bar**
+ **Catering services**
+ **Coffee bar & free office coffee programs**
This role is perfect for someone who loves a dynamic operation with variety and daily engagement.

**What You'll Do**
As the General Manager, you will serve as the **primary point of contact** for the client and will be responsible for:
**🔹** **Client Relationship & Business Leadership**
+ Acting as the **on-site leader** and main liaison with the client
+ Delivering **Quarterly Business Reviews** and driving operational excellence
+ Managing the **budget, financial performance, and forecasting**
**🔹** **Team Leadership & Development**
+ Leading and developing a team of **1 salaried manager and 5 hourly employees**
+ Building a positive, collaborative culture rooted in accountability and growth
+ Providing coaching, performance management, and daily support
**🔹** **Culinary & Operational Oversight**
+ Ensuring outstanding food quality and a welcoming guest experience
+ Championing **food safety, sanitation, and operational standards**
+ Supporting menu execution, service flow, and overall café performance
