The Charlotte Federal Reserve location features a streamlined, high‑quality food program designed to serve employees and special events:
One Café with 3 stationsBreakfast and Lunch service only (Monday–Friday)Catering operations, including daily business catering and special events Incentives Predominately a M-F schedule with occassional evenings and weekends What You'll DoAs the #1 on‑site leader, you will have full responsibility for the success of the operation—overseeing people, performance, and the client experience.
Operational & Financial Leadership
Lead day‑to‑day café and catering operations with a focus on quality, service, and efficiencyManage the budget, forecasting, and financial performance of the accountEnsure compliance with Sodexo standards, food safety, and client expectationsClient Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Federal Reserve Bank of CharlotteBuild and maintain strong, trusted client relationshipsProactively identify opportunities to enhance service, programs, and overall satisfactionTeam Leadership & Development
