$50,000-$80,000 year range with salary and bonuses

 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our operations at 14531 Forest Blvd in Hugo United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business, ensuring operational excellence, and driving growth in a fast-paced environment.

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and maximize profitabilityOversee daily operations, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality service deliveryLead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team through effective coaching and mentoringManage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense controlAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunitiesEnsure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and community partnersDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfactionRepresent the company at industry events and in the local community

QualificationsProven track record of successful leadership in a management role, preferably in the retail or service industryBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferredStrong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levelsDemonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plansProficiency in operations management and process improvement techniquesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in team building and performance managementAdaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProficiency in relevant computer applications and business software
