What You'll Do
As the top on-site leader, you will:
Provide full oversight of day-to-day operationsCoordinate and lead all required tasks through subordinate managers, supervisors, and frontline staffDeliver high-quality food services and environmental services (EVS)Achieve company and client financial targets and performance goalsDevelop and maintain strong client and resident relationships, including interaction at the C-suite levelEnsure HACCP, regulatory, and Sodexo standards complianceEngage daily with residents, families, and clinical teams to support satisfaction and service excellenceDrive a culture of safety, accountability, and hospitality What We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. What You BringThe ideal candidate will have:
Demonstrated employee engagement leadership skills and prior supervisory experience
Experience managing food service operations, with strong safety and sanitation compliance knowledge
The ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and confidence
Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with executive-level stakeholders
A passion for customer service and hospitality excellence
Flexibility and initiative to take on additional responsibilities as needed
Working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) and Environmental Services (EVS) operations preferred
