$50,000-$80,000 year range with salary and bonuses

 

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team at our location in Blaine, United States (1524 125th Ave NE). As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operation, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Manage daily operations of the store, including staff supervision, inventory control, and quality assuranceDevelop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitabilityEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and food handling regulationsTrain, mentor, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance standardsHandle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficientlyOversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levelsMaintain accurate financial records and prepare reports for upper managementImplement and maintain company policies and proceduresCollaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goalsAnalyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisionsCreate staff schedules and manage payroll processesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for staff and customers

QualificationsProven experience in restaurant or retail managementStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesProficiency in computer systems for data entry, order processing, and inventory managementSolid math skills for financial management and inventory controlDemonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesStrong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanorAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsExperience in staff training, development, and performance managementKnowledge of food safety regulations and quality control proceduresConflict resolution and interpersonal skillsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent (minimum education requirement)Food safety certification (preferred)Financial management and budgeting experienceFamiliarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and scheduling software
