Job Description

$50,000-$80,000 year range with salary and bonuses

 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team at our Ham Lake location (17565 Highway 65 NE). As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our fast-paced food service operation, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Oversee daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and quality assuranceDevelop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitabilityEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanlinessManage inventory levels, place orders, and maintain relationships with suppliersTrain, mentor, and supervise staff to deliver excellent customer serviceHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficientlyAnalyze sales data and prepare reports for upper managementMaintain accurate financial records and manage the location's budgetImplement and enforce company policies and proceduresCollaborate with other departments to improve overall business performanceEnsure all equipment is properly maintained and functionalAdapt to changing business needs and implement new initiatives as required

QualificationsProven experience in restaurant or retail management, with a track record of successStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a teamExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficient in math and computer skills, including data entry and order processingDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilitiesCustomer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality serviceAnalytical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick, informed decisionsPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 poundsFlexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsHigh school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business management is a plusFood safety certification preferredKnowledge of food service industry operations and best practicesUnderstanding of inventory management and supply chain processesProficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications
