We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team at our 5400 Preston Hwy location in Louisville, United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, ensuring optimal performance, and driving business growth.

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectivesOversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfactionManage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlLead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of managers and staffReport on performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior leadership
