We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team at 8404 Preston Hwy in Louisville, United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business operations, ensuring optimal performance, and driving growth.

Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of resourcesLead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to meet organizational objectivesAnalyze financial data, prepare budgets, and make sound financial decisions to maximize profitabilityEstablish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partnersReport regularly to upper management on business performance, challenges, and opportunities

QualificationsProven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership roleStrong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve outstanding resultsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levelsProficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit & loss analysisStrong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute business plansExperience in performance management and continuous improvement initiativesAdaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic business environmentProficiency in using business management software and MS Office suite
