We’re seeking an experienced, confident Shop Manager who leads from the floor, sets the tone for our shop, and consistently upholds the standards that define the Drybar experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, approaches challenges with confidence, and shows up for their team with consistency, care, and accountability. Our ideal candidate leads by example, supports the team, and ensures every stylist, bartender (aka front desk associate), and guest feels welcomed, supported, and truly taken care of.
