Our Mission

Our goal is to do the same for international athletes applying/recruiting to US and UK undergrad universities that we've done for non-athlete international applicants, changing the competitive environment in which we operate and becoming the biggest player in athletics recruitment.

Position Overview

Crimson Education is hiring an innovative, driven product leader who can run our International Athletics (IA) business end-to-end and grow it to win at a global level. You’ll be responsible for the entire lifecycle for our IA consulting services, from product design to marketing/sales strategy, performance evaluation, and product improvement. For this role, you'll need to bring hard-driving entrepreneurial spirit, product vision, great instincts for what makes a target market tick, and a love of 'getting your hands dirty' in operations, sales, marketing, and more.


This is a full-time position, either fully remote or based in one of Crimson's offices worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth

Define product vision, target clientele, and brand strategy in target markets

Identify opportunities to expand through partnerships, localization, bundling, or new services

Monitor competitors and ensure IA stays ahead in quality and positioning

Cross-functional work with global sales and marketing teams to drive revenue

Service Delivery

Oversee service delivery—both full-time and part-time/contracting “Strategists” who work with international athletes toward successfully recruiting/applying to university—ensuring strong admissions outcomes and cohesive, high quality service experience

Oversee product design, improvement, and integration within Crimson ecosystem

Cross-functional work with global Admissions Team for service alignment and cohesion

Sales and Marketing

Recruit, onboard, and manage high-performing sales and marketing team for IA

Coordinate/align with local sales and marketing teams, increasing trust and mutual support between local and global IA sales/marketing teams

Coordinate product updates and releases with internal stakeholders

Skills & Experience You’ll Need

Experience recruiting to a top university in the US or UK

Comfort hiring and cultivating a tight-knit, high performing team

Proven experience working against ambitious targets

Innovative, research-informed approach to product improvements

Strongly preferred: experience as a member of a high-performing sales team

Strongly preferred: coaching experience at the collegiate level
