**Job Title: General Maintenance Technician** **Job Description:** Are you mechanically inclined and eager to learn? We're looking for motivated **General Maintenance Technicians** to join our team! This a a great opportunity to gain hands on experience in a dynamic manufacturing and RV service environment. This position offers the chance to work with machine parts, perform repairs, and engage in custom fabrication and fixtures. **Responsibilities:** + Service and repair RVs of all makes and models, including custom fabrication and fixtures. + Repair and replace malfunctioning parts on CNC machines, manual machines, and other shop equipment. + Respond to operator service calls and troubleshoot broken equipment. + Learn to work with a variety of tools and machines in a fast-paced setting. **Essential Skills** + Basic understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. + Ability to work with 3 phase, 480 Volt electrical systems. + Competence in panel and facilities maintenance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + At least 6 months of manufacturing experience. + Experience with high school or college shop classes, farm work, or mechanical aptitude. + Familiarity with micrometers and calipers is a plus. **Why Work Here?** We provide full-time employees with 100% coverage of their healthcare premiums, ensuring peace of mind and financial stability.
