Observes all safety regulations and ensures quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Coordinates Maintenance work. Provides Maintenance Trainee training. Relieves Maintenance personnel for breaks. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company. **Position Responsibilities:** + Supervises associates to include, but not limited to: staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution. + Oversees and provides guidance to the maintenance crew to ensure safety regulations, procedures, quality standards and budget are met. + Coordinates Maintenance work.
