General Maintenance Mechanic

Performs general maintenance as directed and as necessary on all aspects of building structure and systems to include floors, walls, ceilings, lighting HVAC, transportation systems, mechanical electrical, plumbing and other items.

This position is on site primarily at the Elizabeth City location or Edinburgh (Chesapeake/NC Line).

Knowledge of basic maintenance required, health care preferred but not required

General plumbing, electrical, triage/trouble shooting/safetyFull Time position with weekly on-call (with on-call pay) required
 

EducationHigh School diploma/equivalent

Certification/LicensureVirginia or NC Drivers License in good standing (no excessive points
