What's in it for you? + **$25.50/hour** + 2 nd shift hours M-Th 3:00pm - 1:30am & Fri 2:00pm – 7:30pm + Paid training + Full time hours + **Temp-to-Hire Opportunity** What will you be doing? + Prepare work center to run according to schedule and ensure production goals and standards are met + Provide support to machine operators and line leads to ensure workflow supports production goals and standards. + Move material within or to/from workstations to meet operational needs. + Successfully scan work orders and complete paperwork as On-the-Job (OTJ) training requires within a reasonable time frame. + Follow proper processes for performing inspections, ensuring accuracy, and allowing for continuous monitoring for defects. If defects are found, the product must be sent to be reworked. + Ensure any dust, dirt, excess glue, or other substances are removed from the product and prepared for shipment to the customer. + Assist with material handling to provide continuous production at each work center and meet operational needs. + Report problems to area lead or supervisor. + Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout scheduled shift as well as perform cleaning duties at designated times to contribute to a safe environment. + Contribute to team effort by working as areas directed and performing other duties as assigned and needed.
