Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team on weekends. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading extruded aluminum, preparing it for paint booths and ovens, and ensuring it meets quality compliance and customer specifications. You will also be tasked with scrapping defective material and using a forklift to transfer materials.
ResponsibilitiesWork with large industrial equipment.Wear Personal Protective Equipment, including ear plugs, safety glasses, and boots, at all times.Comply with all policies and procedures in accordance with our quality management system.Review and follow work order instructions and best practice requirements.Adhere to and promote all safety requirements.Read and understand dimensional prints.Operate measuring devices.Operate a forklift.Essential SkillsHigh degree of independence and accountability.Good attendance is required.Detail-oriented individual capable of frequently performing multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to independently perform simple calculations.Effective communication and interaction skills.Working knowledge of extrusion press responsibilities.Additional Skills & QualificationsGeneral labor and production experience.Experience with measuring tools, paint prep, and paint systems.Physical ability to frequently walk, stand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive motions.Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is clean but can get hot, with exposure to noise, moving machinery, forklifts, and temperature fluctuations. Safety is a priority, and all necessary personal protective equipment is provided.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.15 - $20.15/hr.
