General Laborer – Solar / Construction

Location:Tampa, FL

Pay:$19/hour

Shift:Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Start Date:Monday, June 30

Project Duration:12 weeks (with potential for extension)

Job Summary:

Join a growing team in the renewable energy sector! We’re seeking motivated and reliable General Laborers to support a commercial solar installation project in the Tampa area. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in solar construction while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:Load, unload, and stage materials and tools at job sitesAssist with installation of racking systems, solar panels, and electrical componentsOperate hand and power tools safely and efficientlyMaintain clean and organized work areasFollow all OSHA safety protocols and site-specific safety proceduresWork at heights on commercial rooftops using fall protection equipmentSupport electricians and solar technicians as neededPerform general site cleanup and post-installation tasksQualifications:1+ year of construction or roofing experience preferred (solar experience a plus)Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditionsAble to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders and rooftopsStrong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detailTeam player with a positive attitudeValid driver’s license and reliable transportation requiredWhy Join Us?Be part of a sustainable energy projectGain valuable experience in the solar industryOpportunity for extended work and future projects

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
