Hiring General Laborer in Crofton, MD

This role is crucial in supporting our production of concrete bricks by handling materials and assisting in various tasks.

Responsibilities

Lift and load 40-60-pound bags of concrete into the mixing machine.Assist in the production plant operations and work closely with the production team.Unload shipments and maintain cleanliness in the work area.Perform routine maintenance tasks such as recharging batteries, lubricating, fueling, and cleaning equipment.

Essential Skills

At least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment.Comfortable with lifting 40-60 pounds daily.Willingness to work overtime and flexibility to work 60 hours per week.Own reliable transportation, as no public transportation is available nearby.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with forklift operation is a plus.Familiarity with production and manufacturing environments.

Work Environment

The work environment is a heavy-industrial, loud, and dusty warehouse. It is non-temperature-controlled, requiring flexibility for long working hours, including Saturdays. The night shift runs from Monday to Thursday, 4 pm to 2 am.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
