Aerotek's client is looking for a General Laborer to join their team in the Crofton, MD area

This role involves working in a plant where you will handle and lift 40-60 pound bags of concrete into a mixing machine. As part of the production team, you will contribute to the making of concrete bricks, assist with unloading shipments, maintain cleanliness in the area, and perform routine maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

Lift and load 40-60 pound bags of concrete into mixing machines.Assist with unloading shipments and keeping the work area clean.Support the production team as needed.Perform routine maintenance, including recharging batteries, lubricating, fueling, and cleaning equipment.

4pm - 2am

Essential Skills

At least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment.Comfortable lifting 40-60 pounds daily.Ability to work overtime and flexible hours.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Must have a reliable method of transportation as public transportation is not available nearby.

Work Environment

Work in a heavy industrial, dusty, and non-temperature controlled warehouse. The role requires flexibility to work 60 hours per week, including 10-hour days and some Saturdays. The environment is loud and requires a focus on safety and teamwork.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
