Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer in a large distribution center where you will play a crucial role in supporting the installation team. Your main duties will involve assisting with spotting and flagging on scissor lifts, removing plastics, cardboard, and other waste materials, and providing hands-on support to complete various tasks. The role requires using power tools, operating a pallet jack, and running materials via the elevator to ensure efficient workflow. This is a 1st shift role paying $20/hour.
Responsibilities
Assist the installation team with spotting and flagging while on scissor lifts.Remove plastics, cardboard, and additional waste materials.Utilize power tools and pallet jacks to move, strap, and catalog materials.Commission towers according to diagrams using hand and air-powered tools.Engage in general labor tasks including loading, packaging, and cleaning.Handle materials and perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.Essential Skills
Ability to lift 40-50 lbs consistently.Familiarity with working 8-hour shifts on hard cement floors.Good attendance and punctuality.Ability to follow directions accurately.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in material handling, robotics, general labor, construction, and cleaning.Openness to working in various positions, including inventory and housekeeping.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The role is based in a distribution center that can be messy and loud at times, with some crowded working areas. A high level of visibility requires you to be presentable and professional. Required attire includes PPE such as a high visibility vest, glasses, hard hat, gloves, earplugs, and steel toe shoes/boots. Jeans and t-shirts are acceptable, but avoid loose, baggy clothing.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
