Responsibilities + Replace old yellow fabric with new fabric while managing inventory. + Perform heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds repetitively. + Work in a loud and fast-paced environment as part of a team. + Complete a specific number of fabric swaps within set time frames. + Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment. + Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Essential Skills + Experience with general labor tasks, including the use of hand and power tools. + Background in commercial construction and assembly. + Ability to build and assemble metal workstations and inventory shelving units. + Capability to perform repetitive tasks involving lifting, pulling, and pushing. + Proficiency in using tools such as hammers, rivet guns, and pallet jacks. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to read a tape measure. + Experience with various hand and power tools. + Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. + Capacity to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment up to 45 lbs.
