This position involves a variety of tasks that ensure our facilities remain in top condition. Duties include but not limited to; gathering tools for the carpenter, assisting with remodeling, repairs, basic dry wall, basic PVC pluming maintenance and light electrical + Paint storage units to maintain their appearance and integrity. + Clean and prep storage units for painting, ensuring surfaces are ready for the next step. + Perform power washing of units to remove dirt and debris. + Utilize hand and power tools effectively to complete various tasks. **Requirements:** + Hand Tool - Experience utilizing hand and power tools (wrenches, drills, saws, screw drivers, cordless drill) + Handyman skills (Carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, facilities maintenance) + Candidate must have two years+ from facilities maintenance or a subcontractor or general contractor (Carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting) **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
