Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious General Laborer with equipment operating experience to support concrete production and site operations. This role involves operating heavy equipment, handling materials, and assisting with general labor tasks across various job sites. A strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset are essential.
Key ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload super sacks of concrete to support production targetsOperate telehandlers (JCB 510, Manitou 12K) and other equipment safely and efficientlyPerform general labor tasks including site clean-up and material handlingAssist with printing and other support tasks as neededMaintain equipment and report any issues promptlyWork collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operationsRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience operating telehandlers or similar equipment (12K preferred)Recent hands-on equipment operation (minimum several hours daily, 5 days/week within the last 6 months)Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and shift schedulesWillingness to travel between job sites on short noticeStrong communication and teamwork skillsWhy Join Us?Work in a dynamic, team-focused environmentOpportunities for overtime and involvement in diverse projectsCompetitive pay and flexible schedulingGain valuable experience in both general labor and equipment operationPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
