General Laborer – Become a Welder/Glazer/Fabricator

As a General Laborer, you’ll be part of a tight‑knit team that fabricates and installs high‑quality ornamental metal and glass for customers across a wide range of industries. You’ll split your time between our shop and active job sites, helping bring custom designs to life—everything from sleek metal panels to architectural glass features. No two projects are the same, and that’s exactly what makes the job exciting.

What You’ll DoBuild, fabricate, and install custom metal and glass components.Work both indoors and outdoors on unique construction and installation projects.Assemble steel and metal panels using a variety of tools and equipment.Operate power tools, hand tools, and basic shop machinery confidently and safely.Travel to job sites using your own vehicle (mileage assistance available depending on project).Lift, move, and handle materials weighing 50+ lbs.Load and unload trucks with care and accuracy.Keep the shop clean, organized, and operating efficiently.Help prep, sand, and finish metal components for mounting.Crate and package custom parts to prepare them for transport.What You BringSolid ability to read a tape measure accurately.Comfortable using saws, grinders, drills, and other common tools.Familiarity with blueprint reading or willingness to learn.Ability to lift over 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.Openness to training — including forklift certification (we’ll help you get there!).Bonus Skills (Not Required but Highly Valued)Experience sanding, grinding, or polishing metal.Ability to build wooden crates and properly package parts.Knowledge of palletizing or shrink‑wrapping materials.Interest in cross‑training in areas like welding, glazing, or metal fabrication.Why You’ll Love Working HereSupportive leadership invested in helping you grow your career.Opportunities to learn new trades — welding, glazing, fabrication, and more.Monthly BBQs and a team‑oriented environment that actually feels like a team.Strong potential for pay increases and long‑term permanent employment.A workplace that values craftsmanship, quality, and professional development.Your Work Environment

You’ll be part of a dynamic operation that fabricates custom railings and architectural features for hotels, resorts, multi‑family housing, and more.

Here’s what to expect:

Indoor and outdoor work depending on the project.Shop environment without air conditioning — steel‑toed boots and long pants required from day one.Steady schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, with overtime opportunities (including Saturdays).Travel to various job sites across different cities for exciting, high‑visibility projects.Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
