Work EnvironmentThe work environment is characterized by a loud and hot metal manufacturing setting where safety is paramount. The facility is not temperature-controlled, resulting in hot conditions during summer and cold in winter. Employees are required to wear steel-toed boots and pants without holes. The unionized workplace offers a permanent position after 90 days, with shifts available from Monday to Friday across multiple lines and timings.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.25/hr.
