Job Summary: General Laborer position requirements include, but are not limited to, general plant labor and clean-up of production areas; observe, monitor and report any conditions that could lead to product nonconformity or other irregularity; being trained in various entry-level production positions and fills in as needed during vacation, absences, and increased production demands. This is a hands-on role that requires the ability and willingness to work in various areas of the plant. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of the facility by performing essential manual labor tasks and operating equipment as needed. Operate small equipment; replace or assist other workers as needed or directed; and other duties as assigned by management.
