Description

Seeking dependable General Laborers to support the setup of a new fulfillment facility. This project involves assembling inventory pods that will move through automated rails in the warehouse for picking and shipping. Work is fast-paced, repetitive, and takes place in an active construction environment. All employees will receive on-the-job training. We are looking for reliable, physically capable individuals who are comfortable working long hours and maintaining productivity in a high-volume environment.

Shift Details

Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays based on project needs7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

MUST HAVES

Mechanical aptitude and comfort using basic hand and power toolsAbility to lift 25 lbs regularlyAbility to work outdoors and indoors in industrial/colder environmentsComfortable working as part of a 2–5 person crewAble to work in a fast paced environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assemble and install pods systems at this location using basic hand toolsAssist with installation and service of dock equipment and mezzaninesFollow safety procedures and job‑site instructionsWork from project drawings, layouts, and direction from supervisorsWork in teams to meet strict daily production metricsFollow assembly instructions and maintain consistent build speed (pods take under 2 minutes to assemble)Move materials and components throughout the work areaMaintain a clean and safe workspace in an active, under-construction facility

Large, open, non–temperature-controlled facilityEarly project phase may include cold, wet conditionsOn your feet for 8–10 hours per dayMust be able to lift 25 lbs repetitively
